We are independent asset managers, employee money advisors and financial advisors authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We are all highly qualified, our consulting team has at least 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. We focus on planning and consulting, not product sales, and we want to build useful, long-term relationships with our customers. We work with clients to verify their financial situation and changing goals over time and to make appropriate recommendations. Bespoke service for high net worth individuals who, as a rule, have invested at least $1 million or are available for investment. This document describes the three levels of service we propose: a first customer meeting would generally be conducted without tariff liability. Advising and implementing all financial programming issues when necessary, without the need for in-advance-agreed permanent assistance. Our goal is to establish a meaningful ongoing relationship with all of our customers, but we also appreciate the fact that customers sometimes want advice to meet a specific need. Current advice and implementation of investments, planning of age and succession, generally suitable for those who have invested at least $100,000 or are available to invest. We obtain our income either through fees paid directly by customers (and agreed in advance), or from fees paid by the companies through which the business is placed.
