Supervision Agreement Psychology

A Supervised Work Experience Supervision Agreement (SA) must be an agreement that defines the objectives and objectives of the EPS and must be concluded and signed before the start of the EPS. SA must meet the requirements of the California Regulatory Code (CCR) Section 1387 (b) (10). If the agreement is not concluded and signed before the start of the experiment, the Council will reject these hours. In order for people who meet the licensing requirements for hours of EPS and wish to apply for registrations of psychological assistants, the SA must be filed at the same time as the application. Effective October 1, 2017, the California Code of Regulations, Title 16 Sections 1387 and 1387.1 has been amended with respect to the supervisory agreement, the audit of the experience and responsibilities of the primary supervisory authority. If supervised work experience is scheduled prior to January 1, 2005 or if hours spent outside Of California have been completed, please use the bilateral verification form for the experiment. For your convenience, the monitoring agreement and verification of the experience forms are provided to help you meet the requirements of Section 1387 of the RAC. The purpose of the monitoring agreement is to ensure that both supervision and oversight include and that they have a plan to comply with laws and regulations relating to the consideration of controlled work experience (EPS). Following the supervised work experience described in the supervisory agreement, the principal supervisor is required to make available to the supervisor, accompanied by his application, the original contract and experience examination form signed in a sealed envelope signed through the seal, for presentation to the Board of Directors.
